Wholesale was always supposed to be small in count, large in volume.
Treviya operates a single architecture that lets verified members purchase physical goods at wholesale, then either take delivery or authorise resale through approved selling partners. The platform performs the supplier vetting, the curation review, the bonded logistics and the settlement. Members access institutional wholesale economics without operating retail-scale infrastructure. Suppliers reach scaled distribution without negotiating channel-by-channel commercial relationships. Every counterparty works from the same documented record.
We are not the first to attempt this. We are the first to construct it as documented, auditable commerce, not as a marketplace listing or an "investment opportunity." That distinction is the entire architecture of the platform.
The lines we will not cross.
Commerce, not investment
We are not, and will never become, an investment platform. Every product decision flows from this. If it would make Treviya resemble an investment scheme, we don't build it.
Disclose, then act
Every fee, every supplier signal, every margin scenario is documented before authorisation. We do not act first and disclose afterward.
Document the downside
Cycles below base case are published to the same archive as cycles above base case. Hiding bad cycles would make the good ones meaningless.
Auditable by design
Append-only ledger. Immutable audit log. Exportable statements. If we can't prove what happened, we shouldn't be operating the platform.
Curation has teeth
Roughly 40% of candidate deals are rejected at curation. Rejection rate is a feature, not a problem. A curation system that says yes to everything is a marketing system.
Treat compliance as architecture
KYC, AML, sanctions screening, these are not bolted on. They are part of how the platform decides who can do what, when and with what authorisation.
