What it's like to work here

Treviya is a documented platform and that shapes how the team works. Decisions are written down. Cycle outcomes are published, including the ones that didn't go to plan. The brief on the public book is the same brief the curation committee saw. There is no internal record that contradicts the public one.

That works because the team is small, deliberate and joined-up. Forty-odd people across our Dubai headquarters and category desks in London, Zürich and Singapore. Calm voice. Patient diligence. Long memory. We are not the right home for someone who wants velocity over discipline. We are the right home for someone who reads a 12-page cycle brief, writes a 600-word committee note and treats the written register as the most important thing in the room.

How we work
Written register

If a decision matters, it is written down. Memos beat meetings. Ledger beats memory. Written records are not a chore, they are the work.

Patient diligence

Cycles run on tenor. Suppliers are vetted on tenor. Decisions take the time they take. We hire for people who hold rigour without urgency.

Calm voice

In comms, in disputes, in incidents. The platform speaks to members the way the senior team speaks to each other. No volume, no theatrics.

Cross-seat fluency

Commerce reads the ledger. Engineering reads the briefs. Compliance reads the case studies. Cross-functional understanding is mandatory, not bonus.

Mentor structure

New joiners are paired with a senior mentor outside their team for the first 90 days. Used heavily and reviewed quarterly.

Document everything

Every joiner reads the documented operating standard before week one. Every internal decision is grounded in a published page where one exists.

A 45-minute call with the hiring lead. Two sides decide whether to continue. Honest, specific.

Working session

A short paid working session on a real platform task. Documented as you would document the work itself.

Reference + offer

Two references. Documented offer in writing with the team and mentor named.
